Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Cube Cities Group data and services
Customer Content becomes the property of Cube Cities Group, egs listings information, building information, floor plan files, pictures, neighborhood information.
Restrictions on use must not:
Copy, translate, modify or make derivative works of the Content
Content defined as:
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, sell or make accessible to 3rd parties
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract code
Use the Content to create a database of listings
Appropriate Conduct:
Leases must be bonafide and accurate leases. Reports of abuse or misleading data will result in the termination of license
Communications through the platform will be appropriate no defamation, harassment, deliberate misinformation, obscene or unlawful content
Uploaded or posted information will not infringe on any copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party, unless you are the owner of those rights.
No impersonation
Will not use any method to retrieve or index Content or attempt to collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose.
Will not upload or transmit viruses or worms
Credits: Where permissible or expressly permitted by Cube Cities Group, all Content that is reproduced or referenced will carry appropriate accreditation to Cube Cities Group for the source of Content.

Acknowledgement of Google Earth agreement. To access Content, users will have entered into an agreement with Google for access to Google Earth. Notwithstanding these T&Cs, user acknowledges their responsibilities to abide by these related T&Cs.
Cube Cities Group has the right to delete or modify any information that it suspects contravenes any of these principles, to suspend or terminate a Users rights to these services without refund of any monies that might have been paid.
Refraining from taking action does not indicate approval and Cube Cities Group reserves right to take action on any usage that does not conform with these T&Cs
Cube Cities Group retains right at any time to charge for access to Content in the future
